It is the mission of Residential Services, Inc. to provide safe, affordable, homelike facilities for older persons or adults with disabilities who cannot or do not wish to live alone, and to encourage their dignity and independence.
About Us
Residential Services, Inc. is a not for profit organization which provides assisted living to older adults. This organization has been here since 1971, providing care and services to the Fond du Lac community. The agency owns two Community Based Residential Facilities (CBRF's): Franklin House and Lincoln House. Each home offers services to a different clientele.
Franklin House
Built in 1984, Franklin House is a residential setting, providing 24-hour supervision for older mentally and physically disabled adults. This two-story home provides bedrooms and common living areas on both levels.
Lincoln House
Overlooking Taylor Park since 1991, Lincoln House was established with the need of the elderly and physically disabled in mind. This single-story home is able to accommodate those unable to walk stairs and uninterested in using elevators.
